I’m moving forward with a commercial hotel project and need a skilled architect to translate my vision into a cohesive set of drawings and visualisations. The site is secured, the business model is clear, and now I’m looking for an experienced professional who can shape the entire concept—from massing and circulation flow all the way to refined façade studies—while meeting local codes and hospitality best practices. Key deliverables I expect: • Concept layout and zoning studies • Scaled floor plans with room counts and back-of-house areas • Exterior elevations and material indications • 3D renderings that communicate ambience to investors While the final floor count is still open for discussion, your early guidance on viable stacking options will be invaluable. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar BIM-ready tools are welcome so long as the output is compatible with DWG and IFC standards for later consultant coordination.
