Graphic Designer

I have just launched a small, fast-moving team and we need a creative partner who can own the full visual side of our first public touchpoint—our website. The core of the job is Graphic Design, yet every asset you craft must fold naturally into an intuitive, web-friendly UI/UX. Think banners, icons, illustrations, color palette, typography, and then the actual page layouts that will carry those elements. We already know the site’s structure; what we lack is the look, feel, and polish that will make visitors trust us at a glance. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar tools are fine—use whatever lets you move quickly while keeping layers, components, and styles editable. Deliverables I need from you: • A cohesive visual style guide (colors, fonts, graphic motif) • High-fidelity mock-ups for the homepage + two key inner pages • Export-ready graphics (SVG/PNG) optimised for web performance • The working design file so we can iterate in-house later I’ll provide the site map, copy, and a mood board on kickoff, and I’m happy to give rapid feedback along the way.
