A customer has posted a Google review that contains inaccurate statements about one of my service. The comments misrepresent key features, even after I reached out privately to clarify, the reviewer hasn’t replied. Because these claims are now deterring potential buyers, I need someone who knows the ins-and-outs of Google’s policy on “false information” and can guide or, if possible, fully handle the formal dispute process inside Google Business Profile to remove review. Your role is to: • Assess the review against Google’s stated policy on misrepresentation. • Prepare clear evidence that the customer’s product details are wrong. • File and follow-up on the flag/removal request, escalating through support channels if required. • Keep me updated on each step so I can supply additional proof quickly. Acceptance is straightforward: the review disappears from the public listing or is officially marked as removed by Google.
