Build Secure Cloud Accounting Platform

I need a developer who can take this accounting workflow out of spreadsheets and into the cloud. The core of the job is to deliver a web-based platform hosted on Firebase, with data stored and transmitted securely. What the application must do • Let me spin up unlimited “companies” so each business keeps its records completely separate. • Provide simple Email-and-Password authentication for every user role. (If you think we should layer OAuth or 2FA later, keep the codebase ready for it.) • Offer a clean UI where I can create customers, assign them to groups, and then post two entry types—Payment or Journal Voucher. • For each entry I’ll input debit, credit and a narration; the system automatically stamps the exact date-time and shows a grey running balance right below that line. • Allow a quick photo upload alongside the narration (receipts, cheques, etc.). • No balance sheet, P&L or other reports for now—this is strictly a daily ledger. Acceptance criteria 1. Deployed on my Firebase account with HTTPS and basic security rules in place. 2. Company, customer and entry creation fully functional and persisting correctly. 3. Running balance recalculates instantly on every new or edited entry. 4. Image attachments stored and retrievable without slowing page loads. 5. Codebase documented well enough for another dev to add reporting later. Hand-off will include the source code (Git repo preferred), a short setup guide, and a staging URL where I can poke around before final sign-off.
