# Android App Development – Smart Lead & Staff Management System I am looking for an experienced **Android app developer** to build a professional staff-management and lead-distribution application for my service business **Plyfix**. The main purpose of the app is to automatically send a new customer/service lead to the **nearest available staff member** based on their live GPS location. ## Core Feature: Smart Nearby Lead Assignment When a new lead is created, the admin will enter the customer's: **Name + Mobile Number + Service Required + Lead Location** The system will automatically identify available staff members around that location. ### Lead distribution logic **Stage 1 – 2 KM Radius** The system searches for available staff within **2 KM** of the customer's location. All eligible nearby staff receive a notification such as: > New Plyfix Lead > Plumbing Service Required > Location: Raj Nagar > Distance: 1.2 KM > Estimated earning: ₹XXX > **Accept Lead** The first eligible staff member who accepts the lead gets the job. ### Stage 2 – Expand to 4 KM If **nobody accepts within a defined time period** (for example, 2 minutes), the system automatically expands the search radius to **4 KM**. Staff within the new radius receive the lead notification. ### Future Expansion The radius should be configurable from the Admin Panel, for example: **2 KM → 4 KM → 6 KM → 10 KM** The admin should be able to change these distances and acceptance times without modifying the app code. --- # Live Staff Location Tracking The application must continuously track the **live location of active staff members**, subject to Android background-location permissions and appropriate privacy controls.
