AI Content Automation & Personal Brand Growth Lead (Long-Term)

I'm the founder of AFFILY, an AI video technology company and creative agency, and I'm looking for a technically skilled, creative freelancer to help build and grow my personal brand in the AI, video advertising, and entrepreneurship space. I'm not looking for a traditional social media manager or someone who manually edits videos all day. I want someone who can take ownership of developing an **AI-powered content production and growth operation**, using automation to handle as much repetitive work as possible while maintaining high creative quality. Your responsibilities: - Develop and execute my personal brand content strategy. - Plan content ideas, video concepts, hooks, scripts, and a publishing calendar. - Build automated content production workflows using tools such as Claude Code, AI agents, APIs, FFmpeg, Remotion, and AI video editing tools. - Turn raw recordings, voice notes, product demos, and ideas into engaging short-form videos. - Explore AI avatars, automated editing, captions, motion graphics, and content repurposing. - Review and quality-check AI-generated content before publication. - Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Track content performance, experiment with new formats, and continuously improve audience growth. What I'm looking for: - Proven experience building real AI automations, not just using ChatGPT prompts. - Strong understanding of short-form video editing, storytelling, hooks, and motion graphics. - Experience with personal branding, organic social media growth, and content strategy. - Technical ability to build, troubleshoot, and maintain automated workflows. - Someone proactive who can take ownership, suggest improvements, and work independently. Our goal: Build a scalable, AI-first content operation where AI handles most of the repetitive production work, while you focus on creative direction, quality control, strategy, and growth.
