Your deliverable is an Excel-based Bill of Quantities that: • Lists every concrete item with customised, project-specific descriptions (not generic standards) • Shows clear units, calculated quantities and any assumptions in a separate notes column • Is organised by drawing reference so the numbers are easy for my estimating team to verify I will share the PDFs once you come on board; feel free to flag any scope questions before you start measuring.
