400-Word Creative Essay Polish

I have two essays that currently sit a little rough around the edges. Each piece must come in at, or just under, 400 words once you are done, yet still feel vivid and complete. My priority is overall coherence and flow: smoothed-out transitions, a consistent voice, and pacing that pulls the reader through to the final line. Basic grammar and spelling are already in decent shape, so there is no need for a heavy copy-edit unless you spot the occasional slip.
