Enhance UX for Beauty Industry Platform

CoWorkz is a business operating system for the beauty industry: independent beauty professionals, salons, hybrid salons (employees plus rented chairs), shared-workspace / co-working operators, and the professionals who rent from them. It handles bookings, clients, content creation, payments and an AI assistant called Abby. The same codebase also runs The Beauty Basement, my own shared salon workspace in Perth, which is one customer-type example, not the identity of every member. The product has a very large feature surface that was built fast, largely with AI coding agents. It mostly works, but the UX is inconsistent, several workflows dead-end or over-promise, and the visual polish is not at the level a paying customer expects. I need a senior front-end/full-stack engineer with real product-design instinct to stabilise it, finish the core workflows properly, and get it to a state I can confidently sell and support. The goal is not new features. It is: every core screen looks right, every core button does what it says, on desktop and phone.
