Convert Hand-Drawn Plans to 3D

I have a full set of hand-sketched floor plans for my home and I need them redrawn professionally in AutoCAD as an accurate 3D model. The files will go straight to a heating engineer who will calculate room-by-room heat loss, so every wall length, window opening and ceiling height must match the original measurements. What I will give you • Clear scans of each floor with all dimensions noted. • Clarification on any shorthand or symbols used in the sketches. What I need back • An editable DWG containing the complete 3D model of the property. • All rooms named and dimensioned exactly as marked. • A quick PDF export for easy review before sign-off. Acceptance criteria • Linear dimensions and elevations within ±5 mm of my figures. • Model opens cleanly in AutoCAD 2020 or later with no missing references. • Layers organised logically (walls, openings, levels, annotations). Turnaround within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you need a little longer.
