Power BI Farm Production Dashboard

I need a first-pass Power BI dashboard that pulls data from four or five separate sources and gives me, the farm owner, a clean daily snapshot of how the operation is performing. The single most important story it must tell is our farm production and crop performance. For this first version, the key metrics on the screen should be: • Milk solids yield • Feed costs • Daily gross margin • Fertility and health monitor Keep the layout uncluttered—one glance on my phone or laptop should show whether the day is on track. I’m happy to supply sample exports from the milking platform, feed inventory spreadsheets, accounting software and any IoT or sensor feeds you can connect. Your job is to shape those inputs into a robust data model, design intuitive visuals, and publish the report to Power BI Service with an automatic refresh schedule. If the concept proves useful, there will be room to expand into AI-driven forecasts and decision support, so please structure the model with future machine-learning add-ons in mind. Deliverables for this phase: 1. Connection and transformation scripts for all data sources (Power Query / DAX). 2. A single Power BI (.pbix) file with the metrics above presented on a responsive dashboard page. 3. Deployment to my Power BI workspace, including a step-by-step handover video or call so I can refresh and tweak it myself. Accuracy, stability and an easy daily experience come first; visual polish is a close second.
