Virtual Webinar Emcee Needed USA

I’m putting together an educational webinar for a U.S.-based audience and I want a dynamic on-screen presence to keep the session flowing smoothly from start to finish. Your main job will be to open the event, introduce each speaker, and guide our content segments so everything feels seamless and engaging. Two elements are critical: • You’ll moderate a brief panel discussion, moving between speakers, prompting insights, and weaving audience questions into the conversation. • Between segments you’ll run light audience-engagement moments—think quick ice-breakers, chat prompts, or short interactive activities that keep energy high and attention sharp. We’ll be on Zoom, so familiarity with its host controls, spotlighting, and chat moderation is a must. A crisp mic, professional backdrop, and reliable U.S. internet connection are equally important because we want broadcast-quality audio and video. Before we go live we’ll have one rehearsal to finalize timing, run through speaker hand-offs, and confirm the audience-engagement cues. On event day I need you in the room 30 minutes early for final tech checks.
