Min 7-10years in a facilities / property management role with proven multi-site and contractor management expertise. IT Infrastructure/networking experience essential. Basic plumbing, HVAC skills and strong OHSA compliance knowledge a MUST. Well versed in Afrikaans and English. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to portfolio of properties essential.
