Email Support Agent Needed

I’m looking for a dependable person to take full ownership of my customer service inbox and reply to every message through Gmail. The work is 100 % email—no phones or live chat—so strong written English and a friendly, professional tone are vital. You’ll be answering routine questions about our service, following the response templates and FAQs I provide. Typical volume is 20–40 emails a day, and when you’re on shift each new message should receive an acknowledgment within 15 minutes, with a complete resolution the same business day. The rate is a flat £1 per hour, paid weekly. I supply detailed SOPs, canned replies and initial training; you bring reliability, accuracy and the ability to stick to the agreed schedule. At the end of every shift, I expect a brief activity log so I can verify response quality and turnaround time.
