I need to streamline daily customer support on WhatsApp by setting up an admin chat that answers automatically when I am away. The core requirement is a series of time-based automated replies—for instance, an immediate “We’ll be with you first thing tomorrow” outside business hours, or a short hold message during lunch breaks. What I expect: • Configure the automation inside WhatsApp Business (or a compliant third-party tool such as Twilio or 360dialog). • Create the time schedules and the corresponding reply texts. • Test the flow to prove messages fire in the right windows and do not loop. • Provide a brief guide so I can change the wording or time slots myself later. This project is focused solely on automated replies; file sharing, templates, and marketing pushes are not needed right now, although I may add them later. Clear documentation, respectful handling of customer data, and a quick turnaround will be highly valued.
