Precise CAD Drafting & Documentation

I have several engineering projects that now require clean, production-ready 2D drawings and their accompanying documentation so that our manufacturing partners can move straight into fabrication without additional clarification. Most drawings already exist in DWG and PDF form, but dimensions, tolerances, and notes need checking, updating, or, in a few cases, creating from scratch. What I need from you • Updated or newly created 2D engineering drawings prepared for manufacturing, delivered in both editable (DWG/DXF) and review (PDF) formats. • Engineering documentation packs: title blocks, BOM tables, revision history, and any supporting sheets that tie directly to the drawings. Scope and workflow I will supply rough sketches, marked-up PDFs, or legacy CAD files at the start of each task. You will: 1. Clarify any open points with me early, then generate or edit the drawings with full dimensions, GD&T where applicable, and clear call-outs. 2. Return a first pass for review; I will mark revisions within 24 hours. 3. Issue final, signed-off files no later than one month from project start. Smaller batches may be approved and closed sooner so production can begin in parallel. Key expectations • Absolute accuracy—drawings must match our existing part numbers and fit seamlessly into our PDM vault. • Consistent line weights, layers, and title-block formatting. • Prompt, clear communication when questions arise; no silent guessing. Preferred tools are AutoCAD or DraftSight for 2D work. If you model in SolidWorks or Inventor that’s helpful for cross-checking geometry, but 3D is not the primary deliverable this time.
