CAD Steering wheels - Nameplate Holder

I need a small, steering wheel -shaped mount—about 70 mm in overall diameter—that can securely hold a flat name plate on its front face. My end goal is to 3D-print the piece, so the model must be fully printable in resin. I will share reference photos of the look and proportions I have in mind as soon as we begin; those images should make the geometry and the way the plate slots in very clear. Beyond fitting a standard flat plate, the exact style is flexible, so feel free to suggest improvements that keep the form neat and balanced.
