For the next two months I want to run a disciplined, one-hour-a-day interview-style coaching program that sharpens a student’s readiness for SAP recruiting panels. The focus areas are SAP FICO and ABAP—specifically ABAP programming and syntax—because those are the skills the target role will scrutinise. Here is how I picture our collaboration: • You design a fresh set of scenario-based questions before every session, mixing conceptual probes with rapid-fire quizzes. • During the call you act as the interviewer, press for detail, and step in with corrective feedback the moment a gap appears. • After each session you share a concise answer sheet and note key improvement points so the student can revise overnight. • Once a week you run a formal mock interview and track progress, adjusting the question bank to raise difficulty or revisit weak spots. The cadence is daily, Monday through Sunday, for eight straight weeks. We will meet on Zoom or any equivalent screen-sharing platform you prefer; just let me know in advance so we can schedule invites. Acceptance criteria – 56 live one-hour sessions completed on time – Written question set and answer key delivered ahead of every meeting – Weekly summary report highlighting strengths, blind spots, and next-week focus – Final mock panel in week eight with a pass recommendation based on realistic recruiter standards If you are an experienced SAP recruiter or consultant who regularly grills candidates on FICO configuration, integration touch-points, and ABAP coding patterns, I would like to get this started within the next few days.
