Digital media management for small new Australian bag brand (organic, paid, email)

I'm a solo founder with a full-time job and need someone to handle social content and email campaigns for my bag brand I launched this year. Currently looking at the below, but also open to advice: 1 to 2 organic posts a week across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, using existing photos and videos 1 to 2 paid Meta campaigns a month (pixel already set up) 1 to 2 scheduled emails The goal is more genuine engagement from that will increase awareness of the bag and lead to sales. Ads should be intentional, not pushy. I don't want ads to be going to anyone and everyone, just the right market. I have a bank of images and a small collection of video, with the plan to shoot some more content.
