I’m looking for a dynamic tele-sales trainer who can run an in-person programme in Mumbai that zeroes in on cold-calling mastery. The group you’ll be working with ranges from fresh hires to seasoned reps, so the content has to resonate across mixed experience levels without feeling basic for the veterans or overwhelming for the newcomers. The heart of the workshop should be: • Building high-impact call scripts that sound natural, align with our brand voice, and prompt prospects to stay on the line. • Coaching reps through real-world objection handling until the right responses become second nature. I’d like the session to be highly interactive—role-plays, live call simulations, peer feedback—so everyone leaves with techniques they can put on the phone immediately.
