Ticketing Affiliate Partnerships, API Integration & Google Events SEO for my tool Project Overview I am the founder of a ticketplatform startup, an online ticketing platform for concerts, festivals, sports, and entertainment events. We are looking for an experienced professional who specializes in ticketing affiliate marketing, affiliate partnership approvals, event inventory integrations, and technical SEO. Our #1 priority is to get Axxestix approved for affiliate partnerships with major ticketing providers such as Vivid Seats and other ticket marketplaces. Our long-term vision is to make Axxestix a destination where customers can discover and purchase tickets for thousands of events across Canada and the United States, including events that are not directly hosted on our platform. Priority 1: Ticketing Affiliate Partnerships & Approval This is the most important part of the project. We want someone who understands the ticketing affiliate industry and can help us establish legitimate partnerships with major ticketing providers. Our initial target is Vivid Seats, but we are open to other providers offering affiliate commissions, event inventory feeds, APIs, or approved ticketing integrations.

Responsibilities

Identify ticketing companies with affiliate or reseller partnership programs. Help Axxestix meet eligibility requirements and prepare strong affiliate applications. Assist with the application and approval process for Vivid Seats and similar providers. Identify available affiliate APIs, inventory feeds, tracking links, and commission structures. Explain any restrictions on displaying events, ticket prices, and purchase options. Recommend the best affiliate revenue model for Axxestix. Develop a strategy to maximize affiliate approvals and long-term ticket sales. We are especially interested in candidates who have previously secured ticketing affiliate partnerships or worked directly with ticketing affiliate networks. Priority 2: Automated Affiliate Event Inventory Integration Once approved, we want to automatically display eligible third-party events on Axxestix. For example, if Vivid Seats offers tickets for a concert in Calgary, we want that event to appear on Axxestix without manually creating it. Our ideal workflow: Retrieve event information through an authorized affiliate API or feed. Automatically create or update event listings on Axxestix. Display event names, artists, venues, dates, locations, images, and ticket availability where permitted. Allow customers to purchase tickets through the approved affiliate checkout or referral process. Track purchases, referrals, and affiliate commissions. Keep event information synchronized automatically. We want this to work across both our website and mobile application, subject to partner permissions. Our platform currently uses Laravel/PHP with a PostgreSQL database. Priority 3: Google Events & Organic Traffic We want third-party affiliate events and our own organizer-created events to be discoverable through Google wherever eligible. Required work: Implement Google Event structured data on eligible event pages. Automatically generate and update XML sitemaps. Ensure event pages are crawlable and indexable. Optimize city-specific, artist-specific, and event-specific pages. Implement appropriate canonical URLs and duplicate-content handling. Improve technical SEO and page performance. Set up Google Search Console and GA4 reporting. Ensure affiliate pages comply with Google's event and content-quality requirements. We understand that affiliate approval, Google indexing, and search rankings cannot be guaranteed. Priority 4: Affiliate Revenue Growth Our ultimate objective is not simply increasing website traffic. It is generating revenue through affiliate ticket sales. We want a strategy that helps Axxestix: Attract high-intent ticket buyers through organic search. Convert visitors into ticket purchases. Track affiliate referrals and commissions. Expand event coverage across Canada and the United States. Build a scalable, sustainable affiliate ticketing business. Initial Milestones Milestone 1 — Affiliate Research & Approval Strategy Identify suitable ticketing affiliate programs, assess Axxestix's eligibility, prepare applications, and begin the approval process. Milestone 2 — Integration Feasibility Document available APIs, feeds, permitted event data, purchasing flows, commission tracking, and technical integration requirements. Milestone 3 — Google Events & Technical SEO Audit Axxestix, implement priority SEO improvements, and establish automated Google discovery for our own events and eligible affiliate listings. Milestone 4 — Growth Roadmap Provide a practical 90-day roadmap for expanding affiliate event inventory, improving organic visibility, and generating affiliate revenue. Budget CAD $250–$750 for the initial phase, with opportunities for additional development work and a longer-term partnership. Please clearly specify what you can deliver within this budget.
