Expert for Cold Emailing & Follow-ups

Cold Email Outreach Assistant I am looking for a reliable freelancer to handle cold email outreach and follow-ups on my behalf. I will provide the email templates, follow-up templates and overall outreach strategy. I am also open to hearing your recommendations and suggestions if you have experience with cold outreach.

Responsibilities

- Send approximately 50–100 cold emails per day according to the provided strategy and schedule. - Send emails during the respective time zone of the target country to maximize response rates. - Follow the provided email templates and personalization instructions. - Send follow-up emails according to the provided follow-up sequence and schedule. - Keep track of which contacts have been contacted and when. - Track follow-ups and make sure no potential contact is missed. - Monitor incoming responses and identify interested/relevant replies. - Maintain a simple record/spreadsheet of outreach activity, follow-ups, and responses. - Follow the provided outreach strategy consistently. - Suggest improvements to the outreach process, messaging, timing, or follow-up strategy based on your experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience with cold email outreach is preferred. - Must be comfortable handling atleast 50-100 emails per day. - Must be reliable with follow-ups and deadlines. - Attention to detail. Note: The budget mentioned with this project is for 29 days.
