E-Commerce Growth Expert – Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Growth Expert who can take ownership of our online business and work closely with us to grow sales and profitability across Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. Our business sells a wide range of stationery products, stickers, labels, packaging materials and printing-related products. The selected person will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, product visibility, profitability and overall marketplace growth. This is a hands-on business growth role, not a basic product listing or data-entry position. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace Management - Manage and monitor our Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho accounts. - Maintain account health, performance metrics and marketplace compliance. - Monitor orders, inventory, returns, cancellations and customer feedback. - Identify and resolve marketplace-related issues. 2. Sales Growth - Develop and implement strategies to increase monthly sales. - Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities. - Improve product ranking, visibility and conversion rates. - Create strategies for both existing and newly launched products. 3. Product Research - Conduct regular market and product research. - Identify high-demand and profitable products. - Analyze competition, pricing, reviews and market trends. - Recommend new products that have good sales and profit potential. - Evaluate products before launch to minimize the risk of loss. 4. Profitability Management - Monitor product-level profitability. - Analyze product cost, marketplace fees, shipping costs, advertising costs and selling price. - Identify loss-making products and suggest corrective actions. - Develop pricing and margin strategies to maintain healthy profits. - Focus on profitable growth, not just increasing sales. 5. Advertising & Marketing - Manage and optimize Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho advertising campaigns. - Monitor ACOS/ROAS, advertising spend, sales and ROI. - Reduce unnecessary advertising costs. - Identify products and keywords with high growth potential. 6. Product Listing & SEO - Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords and bullet points. - Improve marketplace SEO and product discoverability. - Identify high-performing keywords and search terms. - Continuously improve listings based on performance and competitor analysis. 7. Competitor Analysis - Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, reviews and advertising strategies. - Identify gaps and opportunities in the market. - Develop strategies to compete effectively. 8. Business Strategy & Reporting - Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering sales, profit, advertising and product performance. - Provide clear recommendations based on data. - Suggest new growth opportunities and business strategies. - Work directly with the business owner and take ownership of e-commerce growth. What We Are Looking For - Proven hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. - Strong understanding of e-commerce sales and marketplace growth. - Experience in product research and competitor analysis. - Good understanding of marketplace advertising and SEO. - Strong knowledge of pricing, margins and profitability. - Ability to analyze data and make business decisions. - Someone who takes ownership and focuses on measurable results. - Previous experience of successfully growing an e-commerce business will be highly preferred. Important We are NOT looking for someone who only knows how to upload products or create listings. We are looking for an E-Commerce Growth Expert who can work with us, understand our business, identify opportunities and take practical steps to increase both SALES and PROFIT. Candidates who can demonstrate previous results, sales growth or successful products they have managed will be given preference.

Compensation

₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentive The compensation can be discussed based on the candidate's experience, skills and proven results. Work Mode: Work From Home / Work From Office Location: Habra, West Bengal Employment Type: Full-Time
