Track Editing and Sound Integration

I need a track edited to fit the duration pf 3 mins 30 total, with a sound effect and voice clip added at the beginning. The track can be edited throughout for logical cuts.

Requirements

- Edit track to desired length - Add voice clip at the beginning ('Ladies and gentlemen...
