High-Volume Cleaner Recruiter Needed

I’m launching a fast-paced recruitment push and need a recruiter who lives on the phone. The goal is to place 1,400 residential and commercial cleaners across the country within a two-week sprint. You will work nationwide, covering every state in our current service footprint, and you’ll be calling from purchased contact lists that have already been scrubbed for cleaning-industry interest. Your day runs 8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. During that block you’ll cold-call, qualify, and, when a prospect confirms genuine interest, immediately drop their name and direct number into a shared Google Sheet. Hitting 50-100 successful transfers per shift is what keeps this initiative on pace. Before the campaign starts you’ll go through up to three weeks of paid, hands-on training covering our script, objection handling, and the exact data format we need in Google Sheets. A cloud dialer, the call lists, and the sheet will all be ready for you—your job is to bring the energy, persistence, and accuracy that high-volume recruiting demands. Deliverable: • A continuously updated Google Sheet populated with 1,400 qualified cleaner leads captured within the two-week live calling window. I’m looking for someone who already thrives in outbound phone environments and understands how to convert a well-targeted list into motivated candidates quickly.
