Slicers for region, segment, partner tier, and time, wired to work together. One trend visual and one funnel or stage-breakdown visual. At least one piece of conditional formatting or dynamic commentary that surfaces a signal (e.g. flags coverage below target). Constraints: no default Power BI theme dump: apply deliberate formatting. Every visual must earn its place; if you can't say why leadership needs it, cut it.
