Premium Exhibition Stall Branding & Design

FREELANCE DESIGNER REQUIRED – PREMIUM EXHIBITION STALL BRANDING We are looking for an experienced Exhibition / Branding / Graphic Designer to create the visual branding and artwork for a premium luxury travel exhibition stall. About the Project We are exhibiting at MP Travel Mart (MPTM) in Bhopal on behalf of: MP ESCAPES PVT. LTD. DMC for Madhya Pradesh Our fabricator has already completed the stall structure and provided the 3D design with exact dimensions of every branding/display area. We are NOT looking for a stall architect or fabricator. We need a creative designer who can take the existing structure and design the artwork, graphics, wall branding, displays and visual communication within the specified dimensions. What You Will Receive I will provide: * Complete 3D stall design * Exact dimensions of each branding area * Front/side wall dimensions * Counter dimensions * Screen/TV location * Artwork/display areas * Existing MP Escapes logo and brand assets * Brief about the experience we want to create For example, the attached design clearly identifies spaces such as: * 8 ft × 5 ft wall * 8 ft × 14 ft main wall * 8 ft × 10 ft wall * 2.5 ft × 5 ft panel * 2.5 ft × 6 ft reception/counter area Your job is to design creatively within these exact spaces. Creative Direction We want the stall to feel: Luxury • Premium • Elegant • Sophisticated • Contemporary • Experiential The design should represent Madhya Pradesh as a high-end travel destination, rather than looking like a conventional tourism stall overloaded with photographs. We specifically do NOT want walls filled with multiple random destination photographs. Instead, we want: * Strong visual storytelling * Large, carefully selected hero imagery * Elegant typography * Sophisticated use of negative space * Premium colour treatment * Subtle Madhya Pradesh cultural elements * High-end luxury travel aesthetic * Clean and uncluttered composition * Strong brand presence without looking commercial or noisy Important Elements The stall will also have: 1. Artisan / Live Art Corner A dedicated space where a Madhya Pradesh artisan will demonstrate traditional artwork. The branding around this area should feel authentic, elegant and experiential — not like a craft-market display. 2. VR Experience Corner A dedicated VR experience showcasing Madhya Pradesh. The designer needs to create appropriate visual branding around this area so that it becomes an attractive focal point without making the stall look technologically cluttered. What I Expect From the Designer You will need to develop the complete visual artwork for all the designated surfaces, including: * Main back wall * Side walls * Reception/counter branding * Artisan corner branding * VR corner branding * Any other designated graphic panels * Appropriate headlines/taglines * Destination/category visual hierarchy * Image selection and image treatment * Print-ready artwork The final designs must be supplied in high-resolution, print-ready formats, with proper dimensions, bleed and CMYK specifications as required by the fabricator. Ideal Designer Looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in: * Exhibition stall branding * Luxury hospitality/travel branding * Destination marketing * Premium corporate branding * Large-format print design * Spatial graphic design Please do NOT apply if your portfolio mainly consists of generic social media posts, flyers or basic graphic design. I am particularly interested in designers who understand premium hospitality, luxury travel and experiential branding.
