Project Management Dashboard UX Design

My current SaaS project is missing a polished, user–friendly project management dashboard and I need an experienced UX designer to step in and finish the job fast. You’ll be taking the existing rough screens, clarifying the information hierarchy, and turning them into a clean, intuitive dashboard that lets busy project managers see what matters at a glance. Core needs • Translate business goals and user pain-points into clear wireframes, then evolve them into high-fidelity mock-ups. • Ensure data visualisations, status indicators, and action buttons flow naturally so the most important project metrics are never more than one click away. • Optimise the layout for desktop first, while keeping responsive behaviour in mind. • Deliver source files in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD if that’s where you work best) along with a lightweight style guide so our devs can implement quickly. Speed is critical. I’ll share access to the current prototype and a shortlist of must-have widgets the moment we start; I’ll be available for rapid feedback rounds so we can lock the design and hand it to development without delay.
