AI-Powered Web Developer / Vibe Coding & CRM Specialist (Marketing Agency) We’re a growing Canadian marketing agency specializing in Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, landing pages, and lead generation. We’re hiring a resourceful, tech-savvy AI-powered web developer to build and maintain our custom CRM, agency website, and client websites using AI-assisted coding tools, website builders, and plugins. We’re looking for someone who uses AI as their primary development tool, can independently solve technical problems, and knows how to turn designs and business requirements into functional websites and applications while respecting project budgets. > What We’re Looking For - Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Claude Code, or ChatGPT. - Experience building websites using WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms. - Ability to convert Canva designs into responsive, functional websites. - Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and plugins. - Experience with CRM development, automations, or custom web applications. - Strong independent research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to follow requirements, meet deadlines, and stay within approved budgets. > Responsibilities > > CRM & Website Development - Build, maintain, and improve our custom CRM and internal business tools. - Develop and update our agency website and client websites. - Convert Canva designs into live websites using Elementor, website builders, or AI-assisted coding. - Research, install, configure, and troubleshoot plugins and integrations. - Connect forms, APIs, databases, automations, and other third-party tools. - Test functionality, responsiveness, and performance before deployment. > > AI Development & Project Management - Use AI tools as the primary method for coding, debugging, and development. - Independently research solutions and determine the most efficient technical approach. - Understand project requirements and follow approved designs and specifications. - Recommend cost-effective solutions without unnecessary software or plugin expenses. - Stay within assigned budgets and timelines, requesting approval for changes. - Provide regular progress updates and take ownership of completed work. > Requirements - Proven experience with AI-assisted website or application development. - Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, Canva, and AI coding platforms. - Basic understanding of web development, databases, APIs, and integrations. - Ability to troubleshoot and verify AI-generated code. - Strong written English, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills. - Reliable internet connection and availability for 4 hours daily. > Job Details - Position: Part-Time, Remote - Hours: 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday (20 hours/week). - Compensation: $3 CAD/hour, starting rate. - Schedule: Preferably some overlap with Vancouver / Pacific Time business hours. - Growth Opportunity: Long-term position with potential increases in pay, hours, and responsibilities based on performance. > To Apply Please include: -- A short introduction about your AI-assisted development experience. -- Examples of websites, CRM systems, or applications you've built. -- Which AI coding tools and website builders you use. -- Your experience with Elementor, Canva, plugins, and integrations. -- Confirmation that you accept $3 CAD/hour and can work 20 hours/week. -- A 2–3-minute screen recording demonstrating a website or application you've built using AI, explaining your tools and development process.
