I have a refreshed organisational strategy that now needs to be shaped into a polished, board-ready document and companion piece for wider staff communication. The core content is already drafted; what I’m looking for is your design expertise to turn it into a visually engaging strategy document that aligns perfectly with our branding guidelines. Here’s what I need from you: • A clean, professionally formatted strategy document (Word / InDesign or similar) delivered as both an editable file and a press-quality PDF. • Several integrated infographics—one illustrating the strategy, one full timeline of implementation and another highlighting key trends we discovered during the planning phase. • The 3 year roadmap graphic must clearly show strategic initiatives, milestones and an at-a-glance tasks overview so leadership and teams can see roadmap for delivery of strategic initiatives. • Light editorial refinement to tighten language, ensure consistency, and maintain the correct tone for both the Board and wider staff audiences. • Consistent application of our existing colour palette, typography, and imagery rules; I’ll supply the brand guidelines and current draft on project kick-off. Deliverables will be considered complete when the document is visually coherent, error-free, fully branded, and ready for immediate circulation.
