Australian Residential Battery Sales Closer: End-to-End Sales, Victoria

NOTE: APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SELLING BATTERY AND SOLAR TO AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS. We’re looking for experienced Australian residential battery sales closers to manage leads from first contact through to confirmed sale. This is not a lead generation, appointment-setting or basic qualification role. We already generate the leads through various platforms. Your responsibility is to take assigned leads, speak with the customer, understand their requirements, recommend the appropriate battery solution, explain pricing and approved incentives, handle objections, follow up consistently and move suitable customers through quotation to a confirmed sale. The primary market is Victoria, Australia. What you’ll be doing: - Contact residential battery leads provided by us. - Speak naturally and professionally with Australian homeowners. - Understand the customer’s existing solar system, electricity usage, property setup and battery requirements. - Recommend suitable battery options using our approved products and pricing. - Explain system sizes, warranties, pricing and applicable incentives. - Gather the information required to prepare a formal quotation. - Present and follow up quotations. - Handle price objections, competitor quotes and customer concerns. - Follow up consistently until the customer makes a decision. - Update every interaction, status and next action accurately in our CRM. - Work with our internal and installation teams where technical assessment is required. - Progress successful customers towards quote acceptance, required documentation and installation booking. Who we want: Please apply only if you have genuine experience selling residential batteries or solar in Australia. We are particularly interested in people who have personally handled the full sales process: Lead received → customer contact → qualification → system recommendation → pricing → quotation → follow-up → objection handling → closing → handover for installation. Note: Experience only in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting or transferring qualified leads to another salesperson is not enough for this role. You should be comfortable discussing: - Residential batteries and solar - Battery capacity and system sizing - Existing solar systems - Household electricity usage - Single-phase and three-phase properties - Inverters - Battery warranties - Pricing and competitor quotations - Customer objections - Basic battery savings/payback conversations - Australian residential energy incentives using approved information You do not need to perform electrical design or engineering. Our technical and installation teams will support you where required.
