AI Voice Sales Platform Build

I need a full-stack developer with solid AI voice expertise to architect and code a web-based outbound sales platform that speaks naturally with prospective shippers, qualifies freight opportunities, and instantly routes good leads to my human team. Core features the system must deliver: • Natural language processing that keeps the conversation professional and fluid • Automated lead qualification logic aligned with our brokerage criteria • Seamless handoff to a live rep via warm transfer, chat, or calendar booking During each call the agent should: • Engage in two-way conversation, answering questions as they arise • Collect and analyze responses in real time, updating a contact record • Schedule follow-up calls or demos when prospects prefer a later touchpoint I’m picturing a browser-based dashboard where I can upload target lists, monitor live or recorded calls, tweak qualification rules, and pull analytics on conversion rates. You’ll own everything from AI model selection (think speech-to-text, text-to-speech, intent detection) to back-end services, database design, and a crisp React or similar front end. Deliverables will be: 1. A deployed MVP on my cloud account (AWS, GCP, or Azure—your recommendation) 2. Source code in a private Git repo with setup documentation 3. Post-launch support for bug fixes and performance tuning for at least 30 days I’m ready to move quickly; show me past voice or conversational AI work that proves you can handle both the telephony layer (Twilio, Voximplant, etc.) and a modern web stack.
