Student Quiz Education App

I need a complete mobile app focused on education, designed specifically for students. The core of the product is a clean, engaging quiz and assessment engine that lets learners test their knowledge on any subject I upload from an admin panel. Questions may be multiple-choice, true/false, or short answer, and each quiz should return instant feedback and a final score. A simple, distraction-free interface is important so students can jump straight into their quizzes without wading through extra menus. Timers, randomized question order, and basic gamification elements such as badges or streak counters will keep them motivated, but nothing more complex than necessary for a first release. I’m open to your preferred tech stack—Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or another solution—as long as the final build runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The app must store results locally when offline, then sync to the cloud (Firebase or an equivalent backend) once a connection is available.
