Part-Time HR Recruiter Needed

I’m looking for a recruitment partner who can take full ownership of bringing high-quality, part-time talent into our Human Resources team. The focus is strictly on HR roles, not contract or full-time placements, and I want someone who can manage each stage of the funnel without heavy supervision. Here’s what I’ll count on you to deliver: • Sourcing candidates – proactively uncovering qualified HR professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and your own network. • Interviewing candidates – conducting first-round video or phone screens, then coordinating deeper interviews with our hiring managers. • Onboarding new hires – handling offer letters, reference checks, and guiding new team members through our remote onboarding checklist. Success means presenting a shortlist of pre-vetted prospects within the first week, keeping time-to-hire low, and ensuring each hire is fully integrated and productive from day one.
