Shopify Listings Virtual Assistant

I run a growing Shopify store and need reliable help keeping the catalogue fresh and accurate. Your main focus will be our product listings—building brand-new pages from the information I provide and refining existing ones when pricing, images, or copy change. Here’s what the role involves day to day: • Create new listings inside the Shopify admin, entering titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, SEO fields, tags, and high-quality images. • Update current listings quickly whenever I supply revised copy, photos, or amended specifications. I supply product details, photos, and any brand guidelines; you turn them into clean, on-brand pages that meet Shopify best practices and are ready to publish. Familiarity with bulk CSV upload, basic image editing, and keyword-driven copy will help you move faster, but meticulous accuracy matters most. Please share a brief note on your Shopify listing experience and an example storefront or two you’ve worked on so I can gauge fit. I tend to assign work in batches, so clear communication on turnaround times is essential.
