Dockerize & Host on AWS

Want within 1 hr, urgent I have a private Git repository that contains a straightforward web application. I want the entire project containerised and running on a fresh Amazon EC2 instance. Here’s what I need from you: • Write a clean, production-ready Dockerfile for the app (I don’t have one yet). • Set up an EC2 instance, install Docker + Docker Compose if useful, and pull the image from my repo. • Expose the necessary port so the site is reachable via its public IP or, if it simplifies testing, through an elastic IP you configure. • Document the steps you take in a short README so I can reproduce the build or rebuild the container later. Feel free to pick the web server stack you think best (Apache, Nginx, or something leaner)—I have no strict preference as long as the final container serves the app reliably. Deliverables will be: 1. Dockerfile committed back to the repo. 2. Any accompanying docker-compose.yml . 3. Running container on the EC2 instance, verified by visiting the URL. 4. README outlining commands, security groups configured, and any environment variables I should know about. This is a small, focused task, so clarity, speed, and clean code are what I value most.
