Graphic Designer (logistics materials)

Most of what a logistics company puts in front of people is functional: a tracking page, a delivery notice, a tariff sheet, a warehouse sign, a short explainer for clients who have never shipped internationally before. None of it is glamorous, but all of it has to be clear, because a customer who can't read a delivery notice calls support, and a warehouse worker who can't read a label makes a mistake. That's the work. We're looking for a designer who is comfortable with that kind of material. You'll get briefs for things like one-page explainers, simple infographics for tariffs and routes, templates for client-facing notices, and clean layouts for internal documents. You'll work from our brand guidelines and from examples of what we already use, and you'll be asked to keep things consistent rather than reinvent them. What we need from you is not a distinctive style. It's the ability to take a dense piece of information and make it readable, to keep a template usable after someone else edits it, and to deliver files in a format the team can actually work with. If you enjoy that kind of design more than chasing a portfolio piece, this will suit you. On a typical task you'll read the brief, look at the reference materials, draft one or two layout options, and refine the chosen one after feedback. You'll prepare the final files with the correct fonts, colors, and export formats, and keep the source files organized so the team can update them later. If something in the brief is unclear, you ask before designing rather than guessing. What matters to us: clean layout and typography, attention to detail in file preparation, comfort with Figma, Illustrator, or similar tools, the ability to follow brand guidelines and stay consistent, and reliability, meaning you meet deadlines and communicate early if something changes.
