We’re looking for a creative, passionate Travel Videographer & Photographer to travel with our team and guests on our upcoming trips, documenting the entire journey through high-quality photography and cinematic video content. Our trips typically range from 3 nights and 4 days, and your role will be to capture the complete experience—from the beginning of the journey to the final goodbye. This includes travel moments, scenic locations, group activities, parties, bonding experiences, candid interactions, and all the little details that make each trip special. What You’ll Be Doing * Travel with the OffDuty team and guests throughout the entire trip. * Capture professional-quality photographs and cinematic video footage of the complete journey. * Document authentic, candid moments, genuine laughter, group bonding, teamwork, celebrations, and spontaneous reactions. * Capture the overall vibe of the trip, including premium experiences, nightlife, adventure activities, landscapes, and local culture. * Create engaging visual content for our social media platforms, website, advertisements, and future marketing campaigns. * Capture memorable photographs and videos that we can also share with our guests so they can relive and cherish their travel experiences. * Review footage on-site to ensure important moments are captured and the required content is covered. * Work closely with our team to identify creative opportunities and maintain a consistent visual identity for the OffDuty brand. What We’re Looking For * Experience in travel photography, videography, event coverage, or lifestyle content creation. * A reliable DSLR or mirrorless camera setup capable of capturing high-quality photos and video. * A gimbal or stabilizer for smooth, cinematic footage. * Sufficient memory cards, batteries, and backup storage for full-day shoots. * Knowledge of composition, lighting, camera movement, and basic color grading. * The ability to work on the go, adapt to changing situations, and capture moments without constantly directing or staging people. * A creative eye for storytelling, social media trends, and short-form promotional content. * Someone energetic, professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with groups of travellers. Deliverables After Each Trip 1. Complete Raw Footage: All original video clips and photographs, organized and transferred to an agreed external drive or cloud folder. 2. Edited Photography: A curated collection of high-resolution, color-graded photographs suitable for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. 3. Promotional Highlight Reel: A 30–60-second cinematic video showcasing the trip’s best moments, edited to suitable music and ready for further refinement or promotional use. 4. Social Media Content: Selected vertical video clips and short-form content suitable for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other digital platforms. 5. Guest Memories: A selection of photographs and videos that can be shared with the travellers after the trip. Travel & Compensation All travel-related expenses for the assignment will be covered by OffDuty. We’ll discuss your professional fees, availability, travel dates, deliverables, and turnaround time before finalizing the collaboration. Who Should Apply?
