15-Second 2D Animation

I need a professional 15-second 2D animated promotional video for my crypto project, TronVaulter. The video should feature two existing characters: Rico and our established red Pepe character. The overall visual style should be dark, clean, cinematic and engaging, using TronVaulter’s black and red/crimson neon aesthetic. There will be NO voiceover or dialogue. The story should be communicated entirely through character animation, facial expressions, on-screen text, background music, sound effects and smooth transitions. Story: 0–3 sec: Rico wakes up exhausted in his tiny messy room to a loud alarm. He checks his nearly empty wallet, gets dressed for work and grabs his lunch bag. 3–7 sec: Rico sits at a boring office desk typing. The clock rapidly changes from 9:00 AM → 12:30 PM → 4:59 PM. He becomes completely drained. The scene glitches and rapidly loops back to him waking up again. On-screen text communicates that this happens every day. 7–10 sec: Rico becomes frustrated and slams his hands on the desk. The room suddenly goes dark and a strong red/crimson neon glow appears behind him. Our red Pepe casually walks into the office holding his phone. 10–13 sec: Pepe shows Rico a glowing TronVaulter/TRX staking interface on his phone.
