Two-Storey Mixed-Use Building Plan

I’m looking for a professional who can turn my rough concept into clear, construction-ready drawings for a 32 ft × 45 ft plot. The ground floor will carry four shutter-front retail shops, a shared washroom, and a sizable godown. Above that, I need a self-contained studio apartment that includes a bathroom, kitchen, and six separate compartments to be used as offices. The overall look should balance modern practicality with traditional touches, as I prefer a mixed architectural style. We will build primarily in brick and concrete, so the plans must reflect realistic wall thicknesses, column placement, and service runs suited to that material palette. I also need the main stair, a clearly marked lift shaft, and thoughtfully positioned entrances that allow for upward expansion in the future. before drawing , We’ll refine the finer points together in a short Google Meet session.
