Manhattan SCALE 3PL Expert Needed

I’m rolling out Manhattan SCALE for a multi-customer 3PL operation in the UAE and need a consultant who has already configured both the Labour Management and 3PL Billing modules in a live warehouse environment. Scope of work The engagement starts with on-site requirements gathering, moves through process design, application configuration, integration, testing, user training, go-live and stabilisation. For Labour Management the focus is squarely on time-and-attendance tracking, performance monitoring and productivity analysis. For 3PL Billing, automated billing triggers and detailed billing-rule setup are mission-critical. Experience mapping these to complex rate cards or extending them through bespoke scripts is a welcome bonus. Tech landscape Core system: Manhattan SCALE (latest release) ERP: SAP, requiring real-time inbound/outbound integration for orders, inventory and finance feeds. Ancillary tools: the usual SQL Server stack for reporting, RF devices for data capture and any preferred test-automation suite you bring. Deliverables • Fully configured LM module with agreed performance and productivity standards activated and signed off. • 3PL Billing live with automated triggers and reconciled billing rules. • Middleware mappings to SAP validated in UAT and PROD. • Training materials and classroom sessions for super-users and operations staff. • Hyper-care support through the first complete billing cycle. Acceptance criteria A week of steady-state operation with no critical defects, 100 % invoice accuracy against the signed rate card and labour KPIs viewable in the SCALE dashboards. Logistics & timing Work starts as soon as you can be on-boarded. Remote prep is fine, but I’ll need you on-site in the UAE for design workshops, CRP, UAT, go-live and the initial stabilisation period. Contract or project-based terms are both acceptable; we can discuss milestones once you’ve reviewed the scope.
