Hi, I want to turn Civic Voice — “For the people, by the people” into a mobile app. Here is the working website prototype: https://civic-voice-community.igselvan83.chatgpt.site The resident journey should be simple: report a local problem such as a pothole, add a photo and description, capture the issue’s GPS location or enter a landmark, submit it, and track progress. Reports should first go to an admin for verification. After approval, the team should send them to the relevant authority and record acknowledgements, actions, and proof of resolution. The public should be able to see verified issues and, later, evidence-based response scorecards for ward members, councillors, MLAs and MPs. Scores should show the cases and time period behind them; the app must not tell people whom to vote for. Please use the website as the design starting point and build a smooth, easy-to-use mobile experience. The current site is a prototype, so the admin workflow, authority follow-up, notifications, and real score calculation still need to be developed.
