The written files must look publication-ready—clean grammar, consistent styling, smart use of headings, and a tidy layout that translates well to PDF. At the same time, the photos should receive subtle retouching: exposure balanced, minor blemishes removed, colours true-to-life, and final exports optimised for both web and print. You can work in Word, Google Docs, or InDesign for the text portion—whichever lets you move fastest—then switch to Photoshop or Lightroom for the images. I will share everything via a cloud folder and leave clear notes inside each file, so you’ll always know the context of every change.
