I have several Excel workbooks that hold our recent revenue figures, and they now need to be keyed into the company’s budgeting platform. Every row must be transferred exactly as it appears, with dates, account codes and memo fields kept intact so the totals reconcile perfectly on my side. You will receive: • Clean, well-labeled Excel files containing all revenue data. • Field-by-field instructions for the target entry screens plus a sample completed record. Deliverables: • All revenue lines entered in the platform, preserving original formatting and descriptions. • A completion log noting any anomalies you spot (duplicate entries, missing periods, unusual values). • Final confirmation that platform totals match the source spreadsheet totals. Acceptance criteria: 1. 100 % of rows entered and verified. 2. No transcription errors when I run the reconciliation check. 3. Work delivered by the mutually agreed deadline. Familiarity with Excel data filters, quick keyboard shortcuts, and double-entry or cross-check techniques will make this job straightforward.
