Cartoon Portrait AI Animation

I have a set of still portrait photos that I want to turn into short, looping animations driven entirely by AI. The goal is to add lively, cartoon-style facial expressions—smiles, winks, raised brows, playful eye movements—while keeping the head and body otherwise static so the final result feels like a fun, animated sticker rather than a full motion video. You’re free to use whatever AI tools you’re most comfortable with—Stable Diffusion–based pipelines, D-ID, TokkingHeads, or any custom model—as long as the transitions look smooth and the output matches a light-hearted, cartoonish aesthetic (nothing ultra-realistic). Color grading should stay true to the originals; I’m only after expressive facial movement. Deliverables • A separate MP4 or GIF for each supplied portrait, minimum 1080×1080 resolution • Loop should be seamless, 3–6 seconds long • Facial animation only; no head turns or body motion • Source files or project settings so I can tweak later if needed Please include a quick sample or past work showing cartoon-style facial animation so I can confirm the feel before we proceed.
