AI Video Production MVP Build

I’m launching “AI Film Producer,” a web-based platform that turns raw material into polished tutorial videos without human editors, and I need an expert who can get an MVP online fast. The first release must already feel “magic,” so three AI-driven capabilities are non-negotiable: • Automated video editing that ingests uncut footage, detects scenes, trims dead air, and adds transitions. • Script generation powered by a large-language model, able to transform a topic outline into a full narrative with caption-ready timing marks. • Voice-over synchronisation that either generates an English TTS track or aligns an uploaded narration perfectly with the edit. Everything should run in the browser (React or similar) with a Python/Node back-end that calls open-source tools such as FFmpeg, Whisper, PyDub, or your preferred stack—hosted on AWS or GCP. The UI needs basic project management, a preview player, and one-click 1080p MP4 export. Time is critical; I want a working, demo-ready build online ASAP, ideally inside four weeks. Deliverables at hand-off: 1. Deployed MVP behind secure login 2. Full source code in a private Git repo with setup notes 3. Concise architecture document 4. Screen-recorded walkthrough showing the three core features on a sample tutorial video When you reply, outline the libraries, models, or cloud services you’d use, link to any similar systems you’ve shipped, and map out milestones so I can see how we’ll hit the deadline.
