We are looking for an experienced and engaging **Aptitude Trainer** to join our growing trainer network. ### Role Overview We are looking for a passionate Aptitude Trainer who can conduct engaging, practical and placement-oriented aptitude training sessions for **college students, freshers and job aspirants**. ### Key Responsibilities * Conduct aptitude training sessions for students and job seekers. * Train candidates in **Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation**. * Prepare candidates for **campus placements, competitive examinations and recruitment assessments**. * Explain concepts in a simple, practical and engaging manner. * Conduct practice tests, mock assessments and doubt-solving sessions. * Analyse candidate performance and provide constructive feedback. * Develop or customise training content, questions and assessments when required. * Keep sessions interactive and focused on real-world placement requirements. * Coordinate with the Yugratho team regarding schedules, attendance and candidate progress. ### Required Skills * Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to engage college students and fresh graduates. * Strong problem-solving and analytical ability. * Prior experience in **campus training / placement training / aptitude coaching** will be preferred. * Experience with BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA, MCA or other graduate-level students is an advantage. * Ability to conduct both online and offline sessions. ### Preferred Experience **2+ years of experience** as an Aptitude Trainer, Placement Trainer, Faculty or Corporate/Employability Trainer. ### What We Offer * Flexible freelance/project-based engagement. * Opportunity to work with colleges, universities and job aspirants. * Regular training opportunities based on performance and availability. * Competitive remuneration based on experience and session requirements. * Opportunity to become part of Yugratho Ventures' growing trainer network. ### How to Apply Please share: 1.
