Data Collection Strategy We aim to partner with organizations across a wide range of industries to maximize workforce diversity, environments, tools, workflows, and operating conditions. To avoid over-representing any individual worker or workplace, we will cap collection at approximately 20 hours per worker. Once a worker reaches this threshold, we will rotate to new workers and new sites. Similarly, we will continuously expand to new partner organizations rather than concentrating collection within a small number of locations. For example, if we partner with a hotel, we may collect data from housekeepers, maintenance staff, gardeners, laundry staff, kitchen staff, and other personnel, but each individual worker would contribute a maximum of ~20 hours before we transition to additional workers or partner locations. This ensures broad coverage and diversity across people, tasks, environments, and geographies.
