Only one new supporting post is required. My AI-generated sketches capture the concept but are not to scale, so I need a draftsman who can translate them into a complete set of council-ready plans. The final package must satisfy our specific structural requirements and be suitable for engineering certification and council submission. Scope of work • Verify the dimensions and geometry of the gable roof and its junctions with the existing structure. • Produce detailed plans, sections and elevations, clearly showing connections, the single new post, and open ends. • Incorporate the structural notes and load data I will supply. • Deliver editable CAD files plus print-ready PDFs.
