Aluminium Extrusion Profile Design for Acoustic Booth

We are developing a new aluminium-frame acoustic booth/pod for office and commercial applications. We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Extrusion Profile Designer / Mechanical Product Designer who has practical experience designing aluminium extrusion profiles that can be manufactured using extrusion dies. Scope of Work We need to develop a complete aluminium extrusion profile system for an acoustic booth, including: * Vertical structural profile * Bottom/base profile * Curved aluminium profile * Door-frame profile * Door profile / hinge-side profile * Glass/acoustic panel fixing profile * Internal joining/connector profiles * Trim/cover profiles * Rubber/gasket channels where required * Provisions for fixing, wiring and accessories Important Requirement The candidate should understand actual aluminium extrusion manufacturing and die design feasibility. This is NOT simply a CAD modelling job. The profiles must be designed considering: * Aluminium extrusion manufacturing feasibility * Appropriate wall thickness * Hollow-section feasibility * Die complexity * Material usage * Structural strength * Connection/joint method * Fastening method * CNC cutting/drilling requirements * Assembly and installation * Rubber/gasket accommodation * Surface finishing/anodizing/powder coating * Cost-effective production Deliverables 1. 3D model of the complete aluminium frame 2. Individual extrusion profile designs 3. 2D manufacturing drawings of each profile 4. Accurate cross-sectional drawings with dimensions 5. Recommended aluminium alloy/grade 6. Joint/connection details 7. Cutting and assembly details 8. Basic BOM/profile schedule 9. STEP/IGES files 10. Native CAD files (SolidWorks/Inventor/AutoCAD or equivalent) 11. Recommendations for extrusion die manufacturing Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following will be highly preferred: * Aluminium extrusion profiles * Aluminium doors/windows * Office furniture systems * Modular furniture * Acoustic booths/pods * Industrial enclosures * Aluminium structural systems * Custom extrusion die development To Apply Please provide: 1.
